I am a career coach who helps people find more impactful careers. I coach professional men and women on how to align their careers with their values and talents, and how to find a better work life balance to ultimately create more satisfying and successful careers.

My ideal clients are men and women who are mid-career and are feeling disconnected to their career path. They aren’t exactly dissatisfied in their current roles, but they know they want something that is more impactful. They just don’t know how to identify what exactly it is they want, nor do they know how to get there.

I’m unique in the aspect that I’ve been in the position that my clients face; I’ve faced struggles in my career, I’ve had doubts, I’ve wondered why am I not satisfied with what I’ve got? I can completely relate to their desire for something with more of a connection, not just something *more*. I have crafted programs to help my clients walk through a personal journey that helps them to identify what matters to them and to recognize how it connects with their career goals, which gives them the opportunity to start exploring new options and pathways they hadn’t considered before.
