A few thoughts for you…

• Please leave two weeks between each appointment, unless you have discussed an alternate coaching schedule with me
• Ensure that you will be able to have a quiet and relatively distraction free environment available for yourself during the appointment time you select
• You will receive a confirmation email with details of our appointment, in addition to a reminder email 24 hours prior to our appointment
• Last, but most definitely not least, I can’t wait to talk with you again
